Amorepacific announced on Nov. 17 that it has won two Innovation Awards at CES 2023. The company has won the CES Innovation Awards for four consecutive years.

The company won an Innovation Award in the robotics category with Authentic Color Master by TONEWORK, a solution for a smart customized makeup manufacturing system based on artificial intelligence (AI) and robot arms. Using artificial intelligence algorithms, it can precisely measure the color of a face and manufacture customized foundation/cushion/lip products using a robot arm. By applying facial recognition technology and colorology research, it suggests the optimal customized colors.

The other award winner is COSMECHIP, a device that can make customized skin care cosmetics by inserting an active chip containing effective ingredients. By applying microfluidic channel technology developed by Amorepacific, a small amount of water and active ingredients can be uniformly combined. It also enables customers to immediately respond to changing skin troubles.
