Australian leg of the 2022 Championship Tour and Challenger Series which kicks off on 11th April at

The Ripcurl Pro at Bells Beach.

Brand Ambassador, Owen Wright is gearing up for an exciting WSL Championship Tour and eagerly

waiting to get into the surf at Bells Beach to compete and checking out this year’s Wild Cards.

“I’m so looking forward to being back at Bells. We haven’t been back there since 2019 and I’m looking forward to getting back down there, re-connecting, and getting that vibe back. I’m feeling good, completed a training camp down in Bells, my board is good, coaches are happy and I’m feeling great.

Fingers crossed,” said Wright.

“Mick Fanning’s a good mate of mine and when I found out he was getting a Wild Card, I was like yes – this is going to be so much fun. We don’t get to hang out as much and I’m looking forward to seeing him surf again. Equally with my little brother Mikey Wright entering, he’s going to be a really

dangerous competitor, the same as Mick as well. They’re going to be amazing to see. Mick hasn’t

competed for a while so he’s going to be coming in red hot with my younger brother, when he gets

these wildcards it’s when he does his best,” he said.

Camping and adventure enthusiast Elyse Knowles is thrilled to join the Dometic family as its official

brand ambassador and is pumped to join Owen Wright and Laura Enever.

Equally for Owen Wright, the brand alignment was a natural fit, going camping is now a special past time for Owen his Wife Kita son Vali and daughter Rumi.

“Dometic is awesome. I have a mutual friend at Dometic and that’s how the partnership came about.

It’s been amazing and the product is incredible. I’ve done so many camping trips now with my son and it’s all he talks about, his memories of what he does with Dad.”
