KUALA LUMPUR: The Football Association of Malaysia (FAM) has donated to former national striker Azman Adnan to ease his burden after his residence in Hulu Langat, Selangor, was hit by floods recently.
Through a Facebook post today, FAM informed that the donation was an initiative from its President Datuk Hamidin Mohd Amin who is always sensitive to the welfare of players and former players, especially to those who have contributed a lot and done good to the country.
“FAM secretary -general Mohd Saifuddin Abu Bakar and FAM ACP (Retired) exco Md Dali Wahid personally presented it to Azman this morning to help him who is facing a disaster,” according to the transmission.
Azman has previously played with teams in Kuala Lumpur, Selangor, Negeri Sembilan and Penang.
He also served in the Royal Malaysian Police (PDRM) from 2014 to 2015.
