After eight years, the Hôtel Madame Rêve will open its doors in late October in the 19th-century Louvre post office building.

The hotel is expected to attract a contemporary crowd with designer boutiques, museums, cosy cafes, and restaurants nearby. With its strong ties to the Louvre, the hotel also plans to collaborate with the museum to create exclusive experiences.

Guests will be able to choose from the 82 design-focused rooms, including 19 suites on the top floor that will overlook the property’s vertical sky garden or Parisian cityscape. The best suites will have views of the Eiffel Tower, Sacré-Coeur, and Notre Dame.

However, the top floor will not be the only place guests can gaze upon the city. Hôtel Madame Rêve will also feature a fourth-floor roof terrace with 360-degree views of Paris. The expansive deck will have a bar for guests to enjoy their favourite drinks whilst enjoying the sights.

On the ground level, a 19th-century cafe will serve Mediterranean-style fare all day. The eatery has an open-air terrace that spills onto a private, pedestrian-only street for those who want to dine al fresco.

Meanwhile, a more modern experience is available two floors up at a high-tech, 21st-century restaurant and bar serving Japanese inspired cuisine.
