uBC’s reboot webinar continues its agenda to boost SME resiliency

Recently, unifi via unifi Business Club (uBC), its one-stop business community for SMEs; hosted Reboot 6.0, which focuses on how SMEs can yield higher productivity, reduce operating costs and increase marketing Return on Investment (ROI) through business automation during these times of adversity. Yusman Ammeran, Head of SME Segment of unifi, Pratheep Kumar Arumugam, Head of Sales of Microsoft Dynamics 365, and Aiza Azreen Ahmad, Chief Digital Business Officer of MDEC, shared their point of view and insights on leveraging business automation for the digital future during the webinar.

Through the live session, SMEs were enlightened of business automation and what it entails for the SME sector, post-pandemic economic trends and how they can embark on their own digital transformation journey.

The speakers shared their own stories and case studies of successful implementations of business automation, as well as the potential challenges and solutions that SMEs may face in pursuing this path and how best to mitigate them.

SMEs were also able to have their business questions answered live through the comments, or by pre-submitting them before the event.
