UMNO Subang Division Chief Assist Flood Victims By Relocating And Provide Basic Necessities



Puchong– Heavy rain since the last 48 hours has caused flash floods in certain areas unexpectedly in Selangor and Kuala Lumpur. Areas in Klang and Shah Alam are among the badly affected areas.

To assist those stranded in Subang area, UMNO division chief Dato’ Armand Azha personally helped the victims by relocating some of the victims to temporary shelters like in Puchong Indah MBSJ hall, SK Kebangsaan Puchong Indah and Surau Al Hidayah Taman Sri Puchong.

Among the assistance given by his UMNO task force team to assist those stranded due to the heavy rain are preparing food, basic necessities, milk powder for babies, and also wheel chairs for disabled persons.

“It is our responsibility during these testing times in each division of UMNO to help the flood victims and show a humanitarian side of us.” said Armand Azha.

Armand added that his Subang UMNO division has been working round the clock to provide assistance to all the flood victims in his area.

Even his task force team has prepared “water jet” and cleaning equipment those affected by the flood.

He added that his UMNO Subang division will ensure all possibility to help out the victims in the area and even will assist to clean the area once the water subsides.
