SHAH ALAM : The proposal to control the stability of food prices will be brought to the Cabinet meeting tomorrow.
Minister of Domestic Trade and Cost of Living, Datuk Seri Salahuddin Ayub said, a meeting was held with the Deputy Minister of Agriculture and Food Security (MAFS), Chan Foong Hin on Tuesday.
“Today’s discussion is about the proposal to control the stability of the price of pork which is the focus of buyers especially during the festive season (Chinese New Year),” he said via Facebook on Tuesday.
According to him, the Unity Government is committed to continuing inter-ministerial cooperation.
He said, MAFS and KPDN will ensure that the food supply chain remains stable for the well-being of the people.
