So goes the saying, “energy flows where intention goes.” And Instagram was flooded with Thanksgiving posts over the weekend that inspired many to pause and appreciate the blessings of life. We’ve rounded up some of the most touching moments and messages of love, compassion, appreciation, and of course, gratitude.

Jennifer Lopez

In an Instagram reel, Jennifer Lopez posted a photo dump of heartwarming family images including a tender moment where 14-year-old son, Maximilian David Muñiz, seems to be taking a nap on Ben Affleck’ shoulder. It is Lopez and Affleck’s first Thanksgiving holiday since their marriage this year. The post was captioned: “This Is … Thanksgiving Holiday” with hashtags #ThisIsMeNow #PhotoDump #Family

Madonna

Meanwhile Madonna simply captioned her post with: “What I’m thankful for,” with photos including a group shot of the pop queen with all six of her children: Lourdes (26), Rocco (22), David (17), Mercy (16), and twins Stella and Estere (10).

Michelle Obama

Michelle Obama posted a family photo with husband Barrack and daughters Malia and Sasha looking cheery and bright. The caption reads, “I hope everyone has a wonderful day filled with love, gratitude, and a whole lot of great food. From our family to yours, have a happy Thanksgiving!” Michelle has recently launched her book, “The Light We Carry” about “overcoming in uncertain times.”

Goldie Hawn

As part of Goldie Hawn‘s advocacy for mental well-being, Keep Your Mind Up, she invited Spencer West to share about how to cultivate a mindset of gratitude, even amidst adversity. In the Instagram reel, Hawn introduced West by saying, “Well, it’s another Keep Your Mind Up Monday. This is for gratitude. And there are many things that I feel grateful for. We all sit around our tables for Thanksgiving and ask ourselves what we’re grateful for. But there’s somebody I know and love. His name is Spencer and I think he could talk about what he’s grateful for that would be much better than I could.”
