LEE TWP. — A family of four was found dead Saturday, Jan. 7, following an apparent murder-suicide in Lee Township.
Deputies from the Allegan County Sheriff’s Office were dispatched around 12:35 p.m. when a man called 911 after going to the residence to check on his family members.
According to police, when the man didn’t get a response at the door, he began looking into the windows and saw his niece, unresponsive, in a bedroom on the bottom floor of the bi-level residence.
