Whenever I visit Vesper, I am always looking forward to the bar table. It is the best spot to enjoy and appreciate the graceful actions of the mixologist. Mostly wonderfully, it’s where I can see how my special cocktail from the ‘Contrast’ bar menu is prepared. We were impressed with its unique and unconventional cocktail recipes, which are uniquely crafted by the mixologist. The menu is thoughtfully designed to highlight the contrast of flavours and textures, which makes each sip a journey of sensory experience.
