Containing pear-shaped blue sapphires surrounded by diamonds, the “Force for Good” values at approximately $5.58 million.
It will serve as the mark of honor for the winner of the upcoming 71st Miss Universe competition. This will take place on January 14 next year in New Orleans, Louisiana.
Diamonds set the base of the crown to symbolize the status quo.
Meanwhile, rippling wave motifs appear from the base upward, reflecting the momentum of change.
“The Mouawad Miss Universe Force for Good Crown is a work of extraordinary craftsmanship, completely crafted and set by hand total of 993 stones setting, featuring 110.83 carats of blue sapphire, and 48.24 carats of white diamond in a design that evokes The Miss Universe Organization’s belief in a future forged by women who push the limits of what’s possible and the incredible women from around the world who advocate for positive change,” Mouawad co-guardian Fred Mouawad said.
