A $200 million superyacht belonging to a sanctioned Ukrainian oligarch will be sold at auction to benefit Ukraine. The vessel’s owner, politician Viktor Medvedchuk, was arrested in his country in April. By September, the 68-year-old was handed over to Russia during a prisoner exchange. He is known as the “dark prince” of Ukrainian politics.

Medvedchuk has close ties to Russian president Vladimir Putin. (Putin is godfather to his daughter Daria).
