Noma, Copenhagen’s three Michelin-starred and five-time-listed World’s 50 Best Restaurants winner, will close its kitchen at the end of 2024.
The elite dining establishment, one of the hardest restaurants to get into in the world, will flip Noma into a giant testing lab.
Declared “Noma 3.0”, it plans to continue innovating the gourmet game and developing new flavours. Within the next phase, the team will travel the world in search of new ways to learn and share their work. This will mean Noma pop-ups on the international stage. While striving to evolve in the kitchen, the team is also looking to define the foundations and structure of a restaurant team.
