A hearty meal is one of the hallmarks of Chinese New Year celebrations, and Hua Ting curated a lavish spread of Cantonese signature dishes with premium ingredients such as bird’s nest, sea cucumber, 10-head South African whole abalone and dragon tiger grouper!
For those who prefer a vegetarian option, they have a separate menu filled with a medley of premium vegetables including wild bamboo pith and french morel mushrooms.
