ArkData and AJICT pledged to engage in close collaboration and shared strategies to achieve mutual growth during the exclusive distribution agreement signing ceremony on the 4th.
ArkData, which has not operated a sole distributorship and has only operated procurement distributorship, plans to establish a full-fledged distributor system for the first time with AJICT to sell its main products, such as ‘Ark for CDC’ and ‘Ark Connector’. ArkData emphasized the significance of securing this distribution system, as it would enable the company to expand its market share in the domestic data replication market by leveraging AJICT’s extensive distribution channels and network, which includes over 100 customers and partners.
The ceremony for the exclusive distribution agreement took place in the presence of KO, KWANGYUN, CEO of ArkData, and AHN, PILYONG, CEO of AJICT. The two corporations reached an agreement to not only market their current products and services, but also to actively explore the ICT market by demonstrating the possibility of launching new technologies and products through collaborative development efforts.
As a company specializing in real-time database and file replication solutions, Ark Data has been recognized for its unrivaled technology and is receiving many love calls in the domestic as well as overseas markets. In particular, it has recently launched the ‘Ark Connector’ which utilizes CDC (Changed Data Capture) technology and enables connection to the Apache Kafka platform, a real-time distributed messaging platform, and is expanding its business to the big data market.
AJICT is expanding its business to specialize in integrated IT infrastructure by acquiring IT consulting and data management capabilities, including open source, GPU, and real-time databases, based on its existing server and storage technology expertise.
